Renzy was born in Sampaloc, Manila, and later relocated to their current home in Parañaque City. He studied at the University of Santo Tomas - College of Fine Arts and Design formerly known as College of Architecture and Fine Arts. Renzy has participated in various exhibits and competitions while in the university. He was also a member of the now defunct Gintong Sining Art Group. In 2004, he graduated UST with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts major in Painting. Throughout 2004 until today, he is working as a Graphic Artist / Designer and Web Designer in various projects for companies and groups.
